Professional Lady Don’s :)

Gonna complete 9 years in IT and it made me to think today how I’m balancing my Professional & Personal life J I never complaint so far!! Many kids who knows me personally a bit, ask me ‘How I’m balancing and how I prioritizing my time?

These days life is going too busy and when we going higher in our Career ladder, there is no way of schedule work timings. When I joined as a fresher, I thought being as a Manager is a good life J But when My Manager keeps requesting me to take up promotion, I said, Is there any next level having less meetings ;) He keeps laugh and somehow he push me soon and I’m gonna get caught ;) Everyone have their own tricks to push & he having his own way, but I loved it & being busy in multiple projects and project proposals, which makes me to keep learning and I enjoying my profession too. For every professional, if you love the daily job life and having a good Manager, then that profession is surely a best one. I think I’m luckier enough in that. Good, the long journey is continuing J

I must say I’m having very good friends who made me to inspire to follow my passion after busy & hectic days of my work. There is always a case, where people says ‘No Time ‘. But the girls around me to feel like, I still need to catch the new one new one JJ That’s the reason I’m blogging after hectic meetings to refresh myself nowJ

Abhi is my school friend and aspire to be an Engineer from Biology stream J Yeah, she is like that ;) She is a voracious reader who almost remember every author’s book list with stories in mind and she make sure she won’t miss even a single book of her favorite authors. Abhi, I love the way you express about any Novels and your expressions made everyone to take up that book and read it immediately. I always wonder whether this girl is a Robo to complete a book in few hours.. Ahhhhhhh!! Your recent words still glazing in front of me, when you said, completing my 1000^th book today in the last 3 years!! I think everyone in our group made to think, whether Abhi is doing any household works or she reading only books after back from work (we need to check with Shree & little one ;)) you rocking in Professional as well and we proud of you girl!! Keep it up Abhi, we will soon hear 10000^th from you J Thanks darling, you always inspire me to balance our professional & personal life. I think, that’s the reason, I’m blogging even with fever nowJ

Karthi is also my school friend and aspire to be an Engineer from Biology stream J That’s the reason behind of Abhi & Karthi’s friendship story J. This girl who inspire me every day. I love cooking & photography, but I never had thought of blogging recipes. I know how tough it is and how much time it will takes to cook, click & blog it. And one thing I always love from Karthi is, always cheer up cheer up J Full energetic!! Being happy is the only moto of Karthi J Lovely Karthi J I joined designing classes recently, I soon design a dress & share with you daJ Almost in good shape now!! A new hobby added on!!! Thank you da for always inspiring to live the life to the fullest.

I definitely agree, you girls inspire me in many ways for what I’m now!! THANK YOU!!

Last but not the least, my Jingu who make sure to close my laptop, to wind up my meetings and reminds my bed time!! Thank you J

Australian Open 2017

What a wonderful tournament. I don't know where to start up. Lot of emotions and I really loved it. One of the best moments to ever cherish!!

Roger, what should I say about you, My inspiration!! My role model!! The person whom I always admire and with the person whom I have more common characters and thoughts.

Lifting the Grand slam trophy after 5 long long years?? Still I can’t believe it’s been 5 years!! Whenever you lose the matches, I strongly feel you will be back soon with best!! You always made me feel strong whenever I faced tough times in life and you thought life is more positive and I always holds that. Thank you Roger, you always my best!!

Waiting is a pain, but sure it gives you back with all best rewards more than you expect – Thanks Roger!! The 5 years of your hunger wait gave a big bang to celebrate now!!

There is no other praised moments in life than being lifting the trophy in front of your kids. What best other moments are there? You always the best on and off the court and I’m lucky to witness such a person in my life. Thank you Roger!! I always strongly feel, we our-self should be role model and being an example to our kids and they should learn from us and you proved that Roger!!

First of all, I like to Congratulate Rafa for the wonderful come back. As Roger said, “Tennis needs you”, so be here for long and lift all wonderful Grand slam trophies. I’m sure, you will definitely win a Grand slam this year and I love to watch that J The semifinals which last for 5 hours of battle and I would say, you both deserves the win. Grigor and you rocked the Arena and every tie break points made the match so excited and I really enjoyed watching it! Thank you for the wonderful match!!

Roger, Congratulations J Walks off the court with Norman Brookes Challenge Cup with all smiles J You made it Roger and it’s time to celebrate these best moments which you dreamed for 5 years. Playing against with your buddy in finals and shares the stage with him in finals after 6 long years is a memorable moment in life to cherish forever. Enjoy this 18 J

Grigor, you ruled the Arena. What a play!! It’s a remarkable and outstanding play. You deserves to win but Rafa’s Grand slam experience helped him to won the match. Sure, one day with all these experiences you will definitely win the Grand slam title!! All the very best!!

Congratulations Serena for your 23^rd Grand slam title J Playing against with your sister in Grand slam finals after 8 long years and shares the stage with her after long time is the best moment. I really enjoyed watching the finals. I know you are a very aggressive player, but what made you to smash the racket? It made me think, “What this girl doing? So much frustrated when you playing against with your sister itself?” May be true, playing against with siblings are always more powerful and angry. I completely agree ;)

Venus, what a comeback. You the best!!

I love Roger’s Serve, what a tricks he have to place the ball. For Tennis, height and stamina are the most important but if a kid wants to be No.1 in Tennis means, sure should watch Roger’s match and should learn from it. I like Roger’s and Venus skills and the way they place the ball in the Court. They have amazing skill and talent!! May be Serena won the Tournament, but I would say, Venus played better than Serena. Serena struggled a lot in Serves, the best thing is her stamina which helped her to won the match.

The best rivals in the finals. The best matches. The rivals complements each other is so lovely and what a sportsmanship!! The veterans made the Australian Open 2017 as the best Grand slam tournament and made a history.

Australian Open Semi Finals 2017 – Roger vs Stan

It’s a Swiss Semi Final J

What a wonderful match it was. The best 3hours of time!! Somehow my heart said when the match starts, Roger will win!! So I was relaxed but I can’t move my eyes anywhere other than looking at Roger. What a comeback after a long break due to injury, what a play, what a tricks!!

The 5 sets of match with every point, break points and match points excited. Not even any Hollywood action movies gave this much thrill. The 1^st set went close to an hour with each points thrilled with break points. The first two sets won by Roger and this makes Stan to get frustrate and he lost his control and he smashed his Racket in the 2^nd set, After all it’s a game and that too it’s none other than he playing against his own country/veteran player, he should sure need to change his attitude to stand for long journey in Tennis.

The 3^rd and 4^th set won by Stan. When Stan won 3^rd and 4^th set, the match became excited for the 5^th set. Roger took his medical break and he came back with full energetic for the 5^th set and what a play it was!! Only one word – Fantastic J

I’m looking forward for tomorrow’s semi final match and I hope my long time wish will come true to see Roger vs Rafa in Finals after a long break J what a comeback of these two veterans J Similarly, Williams sisters in Women’s AO Finals. This year started with great Tennis matches and I’m really looking forward this year with excitement J

கபடி கபடி கபடி!!!

Congratulations To Men's Kabaddi Team of India. We all witnessed last week about Hattrick win by Indian Men's Team at Kabaddi World Championship held at Ahmedabad on Oct 22nd 2016. What a cheerup from the Crowd!! Stadium is jam packed!! I followed up the tournament and felt how good our boys are playing. Felt a WoW.. The final was played against Iran Team and the first half was dominated by Iran and the match was too exciting. The second off was dominated by Indian Team and India won in 38-29 points tally. Ajay played extraordinary and took points for the Team!! The game was too professional and indeed a lot of good moments. Anyone who watched the finals between Iran and India, they understand what I mean. After winning, I saw a player from the Iran Team who carried an Indian Player and I felt the Iran player looks more happier and he greeted with full smiles.. What a sports... What a player!! At the end, Sports is a sports with Sportiveness :)

Indian Men's Kabaddi Team always be 1st in both Asian and in World's Championship. Kabaddi was included in Asian Games from 1990 and from that India won just only Gold Medals everytime ;)

Kabaddi World Cup have two styles, one is Standard and another is Circle style. Standard Style is conducting by International Kabaddi Federation and it is conducted the World Championship in 2004, 2007 and after that it conducted in 2016 only. In all the 3 World Championship, India played finals with Iran and proudly grabbed all the 3 golds :) Proud boys!!  கொஞ்சம் டோர்னமெண்ட் அப்பப்ப ரெகுலரா நடத்துனா நல்லா  தான் இருக்கும் :) Circle style is conducting by Government of Punjab from 2010 and the tournament is not happening for the last two years. All the Gold won by Indian Team only in Circle style too :) ஒரே கோல்டு மெடல்ஸ் மழை  தான் போங்க.. பெருமையா தான் இருக்கு!!

ஆனால் கொடுமை என்னனா, இந்திய அரசாங்கம் சொல்லிடுச்சு, நீங்க வேர்ல்ட் கப் சாம்பியன்ஷிப் தான்.. ஹட்ட்ரிக் அடுச்சுருக்கீங்க.. எல்லாம் கரெக்ட்டு தான் தம்பி ஆனா என்ன செய்ய, நீங்க கபடி டீம் ஆச்சே கிரிக்கெட் டீம்மு இல்லையே, சோ 10லட்சத்த பிரிச்சுக்கோங்க டீம்லினு  சொல்லி 10லட்சத்தை கொடுத்துருச்சு.. என்ன ஒரு பெரிய அமௌண்ட்ல!!

Indian Women Kabaddi Team மட்டும் கொறஞ்சவங்க இல்ல.. They too won only Gold medals in all the World, Asian and South Asian Championships..

What a lovely game it is.. Very good Team player game!! Can learn a lot from this game for both professional and personal development.

Oct'22nd 2016 night made me to go back to my Childhood days time where me, my bro and sissy used to play kabaddi and my Bro got injury while playing and got stitched ;) அதெல்லாம் ஒரு வசந்த வாழ்க்கை..

2016 Grand Slams!!

This year Grand Slam matches are very much different than Usual!! Well Played by everyone!!

Tennis is always close to My heart and I keep following/watching every single tournament. Though 2016 gave a little disappointment for me since Roger is out from Tennis due to Injury. But somehow I strongly feel, Roger will surely come back with bang and strong in 2017 and I'm waiting...

Nadal, Hope to see you fit and well play in 2017. Very good Tennis player and I love watching the Finals between You and Roger. Any Classic match is there other than you both play each other?

From last few years, we seeing a Champ who predominantly dominating in Tennis, Yes!! Your guess is correct, it's none other than Djoko. This Year Djoko took two Grand Slam titles (French and Australian). I feel Djoko is little lost in 2016. He need to be little more professionalism on the Court which you need to look up Djoko. On field professionalism is more important when you grew up as a Star!! I strongly feel, you have more potential, hard work and well plan player. I want to see a Djoko who will win all Grand Slams in a single year in a near future and who is an Example and Role model for the upcoming Tennis Stars!!

Andy is a strong player who dominate and be a strong opponent to every Tennis player. This year, he reached finals in all the Grand Slams other than US Open. He won Wimbledon this year. Did you know, Andy never played against Nadal in Finals. Andy reached Grand Slam finals 11 times in his Career, out of which he played 7 times against Djoko and he won 2 times(Wimbledon and US Open). He played against Roger 3 times in Finals and he never won against him in the Finals!! Andy, hope to see you with many Grand Slam titles in the upcoming years!!

Wawrink, Hey what shall I say about you?? Lot!! You the one who made Djoko not to get the 4 Grand Slams in a single year in 2015 by won the French Open. Congratulations!! This year, you again beat him in the US Open. Thank You so much, Switz Player is always there in US Finals it seems, Though Tennis lovers missing Roger this year, you made Switz feel proud and somehow you gave a sweets to Switz by winning the US Open. You loved and received Australian, French and US Open. Do you have any angry with Grass Court? Hope you will win Wimbledon in a near future and my best best wishes for you.

Serena, what happened to you? Serena won only one Grand Slam this year? A little shocking for many. Yes, Serena won Wimbledon and lost in the finals in French and Australian Open this year. Someone is always waiting to drop you at the Semifinals in the US Open, give a bang next year in US Open. I don't think the hungry you have in Tennis is over. Hope to see you fit and well play in 2017.

Angelique Kerber, Congratulations!! Happy for You!! 3 Grand Slam Finals this year!! Won Australian and US Open. You made a strong fight and received your First ever Grand Slam title. A proud moment. Your hard work paid back you!! It's time to enjoy with your titles this year and hope to see you more strongly in the upcoming years!! Won Hard Courts, so when is Clay and Grass Court Grand Slam titles:)? My best wishes for you.

Garbine, Congratulations for winning your first ever Grand Slam in French Open this year. It's very wonderful and tough fight match with Serena and the way you played made everyone to sit at the edge of the seat and curious. You well deserved the Grand Slam winning!!

PASSION?? When someone ask me what's my Passion, what's my Hobbies? I just smile. It's a big RANDOM list :) I need to look back :)

My Passion started before I realized the word 'Passion', 'Hobbies', Etc...

Passion with Drawing, Painting... Ha Ha… I definitely say, 'It's a God's Gift'. Thanks for the lovely gift :) I used to draw from my Childhood, I still can't able to recollect when I started sketching... When I'm looking back my Childhood sketches, I wonder how I sketched so perfect?? Wondering and happy myself :) Beautiful hobby :) I don't prefer Portrait sketches, I love playing with Colors than sketches. I used to read a lot about different types of paintings and understand the history of different painting types, different traditional paintings, world-class paintings, Etc... Different types of my Paintings are on the way!! Lot of Paintings are in half done, need to complete :)

Fitness freak, started Yoga recently and I can Challenge anyone to do different Asanas :) Loved loved loved it. I generally wake up early in the morning, usually I go for a Run, took a long break and was thinking how to start back? By the time, I got a best Yoga Master 'Sangeetha' who training me in Yoga Asanas. My morning and evening became the best times. Thank You Sangeetha!!

I'm a big fan of 'The Hindu' Paper and my Morning starts with a Cup of Coffee and with 'The Hindu' in my hand. Used to glance the paper from First Page till the end, but my Favorite page is always 'Sports'.

My Grandfather is a Sports Master in School and maybe that's the Gene, I'm more interested in Sports. I think we had the best of the best Childhood times; which these generation kids are missing. Lot of outside traditional games, lot of fun, lot of sweet good memories... Used to Play Cricket with my Sister, Brother, Grand Father, Father, Uncle and Cousins. I still remember the day, My Grand Father used to bowl for us. Initially, the Bat is made of 'தென்னைமட்டை', perfectly cut out like a bat, our Childhood Cricket ball is 'பனங்கொட்டை ' then later bought a Cricket bat, Cricket ball and Tennis ball. Used to watch Cricket without missing a single ball. A big fan of Cricket. During my Childhood days, Cricket game happen once in a while, not like these days which it happening 365 days. No T20's, only One day Matches and Test Matches and I still remember, I used to stand for the last overs and curious to see what’s going to happen, where those days gone????? Used to cut Cricket information from 'The Hindu' paper and paste it in a note and that's how my Passion with Cricket started. Almost tried every Sports and have Medals. Happy myself to know the rules of each Game :) Big Follower of Tennis, Football, Etc(almost every sports).. Lot of favorite players in every sports who inspire me with their Determination, Dedication, Hard-work and Gentleman behavior. Thank you my each and every Favorite Sports rock-stars :) You all inspired me for what I'm today as a Person. Love Swimming, Volleyball, Tennikoit, Cycling and Trekking. Gone for Day, Night, long trekking. Thanks to Bangalore Trekking Club :) It's been long time that I went for the one. Have to go for it soon.

Writing Tamil Poems "கவிதைகள்". When I started?? I think I started in Childhood. Still have a diary when I wrote few Poems during my Childhood. Later, I didn't note down the Poems and it comes instantly, I just say to my Friends and I later forget it. Then the time arrived to write down in Note, Yes!! My College 1st Year Chemistry hour is the most boring classes I ever had. It's the time when I started writing many Poems and put a separate note and mark it down all. Someone asked me, "Are any reasons required to think and write a Poem?" Of course yes!! If you have someone or something in your mind, the Poems come instantly but NOT always. Sometimes I just imagine a situation and wrote a Poem of it, later it took time for me to come out of it. May be it took few days to come out of it. It's been a year I wrote a one now...

I started writing Blog just to pen down my thoughts. Mostly will write instantly. I started blog in 2010 and the journey continuing. Thanks to My good friend Vijai, for helping me to find a very nice name for my Blog. Wanted to write in Tamil always, even I prefer to write in Tamil, so that I can express it in a more beautiful and better way, need to start back and recollect the words. 

நிறைய எழுதனும்னு தோணுது, ஆனா அது என்னவோ தெரியல்ல என்ன மாயமோ தெரியல்ல, எழுத நினைக்கையில் தடுக்கிறது ;)

Cooking?? It's my daily hobby :) No other way:) 

நல்ல சாப்பாட்டுக்கு நாமலே சமைச்சா தான் உண்டு. என்ன செய்ய.. Cleanliness is my highest priority which I look in Restaurant, so mostly try to avoid Restaurant foods and prefer to try the same at home. I love Cooking and love to try different dishes, especially with Traditional foods which was forgotten by these generations. Mostly my food items consists of using Millet's. Millet's will be there for sure in my daily cooking. I'm a person who is against of White Sugar usage, so Almost 99% of my Sweets prepare only by using Jaggery even for Coffees :) Love trying different states, international foods and I love Kerala food and Italian food :)  Thanks to My Mom, Sharmi's Passion, Karthi's Kitchen Studio and lot of blogs who gave me an idea for the recipes.

Love Interior Decoration especially with Traditional way,

கொஞ்சம் அந்த காலத்து பொண்ணு :) Love to decorate with my Paintings, Can say Mural Art. I'm more and more choosy girl. Love to keep Home Clean, Neat, less things, handicrafts :) மொத்தத்துல வீடு கர்னாடிக் இசை போல இருக்கனும் :)

Passion with Photography... It's part of my Creativity!! No words to say or no need to describe why I have Passion with Photography. When Creativity is More, Photography is your Core :) Loved it!!

Being from Teaching family background, Love to teach is not something new :) Love to teach for the Kiddo's between 1st to 7th std. :) Will be a Teacher for an year for sure :) Lucky Kiddo's Lucky Teacher :) Waiting for that dream come true :)

Love Classical Dance. Thanks to My Master Apsara who inspired and thought Me Bharathanatyam and made me to dance in Triplicane Murugan Temple.. It's lovely and memorable moments.. Thank you so much Apsara!!

விவசாயம், இதை பற்றி சொல்ல ஆரமிச்சா சொல்லிகிட்டே இருக்கலாம். My core Passion. சொல்ல வார்த்தைகள் இல்லை, எனது கனவு!! Happiness is unlimited, when we do the whole process and when the seed comes out of soil and do the rest of the process for the fruitful growth. அது ஒரு அழகான வாழ்க்கைங்க!! சொன்னா புரியாது!!

When I worked with Accenture, there was a Competition "Hobby Showcase" happened and my friends just told, this Competition is FOR YOU. I was totally not bothered, but somehow my friends made me to Participate. It was a 'WoW' moment, "The Judges simply said, why you here for a Job when you have these many wonderful talents". Thanks to my Friends to made me to Participate and I received 1st Place in overall Accenture level.

Many people used to ask me how I find time for all these? My answer is Simple, 'That's called Passion' :) Thanks to each and everyone who inspired me for what I'm today as a Person, மிக்க நன்றி!!

My Journey as a Professional & Learning

I had lot of Career Options to choose from. Software is one among in that. Initially wanted to be a Dentist, then my mind shifted to be an IAS officer (Still in mind, asking myself why I didn't move for this?). I love Mechanical, wanted to be a Mechanical Engineer and to study at Madurai Thiagarajar College. When I said, Madurai, a Big NO came from my home. Since I had a Day 1 Counselling, had plenty of options and colleges to choose from. But unfortunately, I'm the youngest at home and lot of pressure to choose Computer Science and that too I have to join in Kongu College. Then my fights started at home for Mechanical course and to choose college in Coimbatore at least. I asked my Parents, why I need to score this much marks and to be a State 1st rank holder in Voc to just join Kongu College. May be the distance demands for them.. But I made my mind and against all and joined KCT at last. Later my Parent's realized, my decision is Best. Most of the times, our decisions are good enough and it takes time to make them realize about it. The College which groomed me as a Professional and how I need to survive in this world. The best place which made me as a Professional!! Thank You!!!!!

I knew I will get placed in a well reputed Company. May be that's not a big deal when we are students of KCT. But the pressure and expectation at my home is, I need to join in Accenture. Oops... I'm a bold and strong girl, but when Accenture came for Interview on June 4th 2007, I was completely silent and the tears just dropping from my eyes.. Didn't spoke to anyone and I asked myself, is this Prathi who is too silent and lot of things running in mind?? Luckily and my hard work paid, Yes, I got placed in Accenture and slept too well that day with happiness. One more additional feather which made my Parents feel proud of me.. I knew, I'm going to join in Accenture only, so I didn't attend any other placements.

Deep inside my thoughts I always think, since I got placed, it stopped me to choose other Career Options. I always keep thinking, why I didn't gone for IAS Coaching?? I didn't fought at home heavily this time to leave IT?? ;)

IT is not the only Career option, People should understand and realize about it. There are plenty of good Career options and proud positions there, Can earn good money as well. I didn't had anyone from Designer side as a Mentor in my Childhood. May be its completely new in my surroundings. Else, I would went for Architecture engineering.

It was a time for only Computer Science during my Childhood days. Whenever the 12th result comes up, there are some kids who ask me for what to choose?? It will be nice talking to them and get to know their interests. Lot of proud moments and memories. Likewise I met a kid this year, her ambition is too good who wants to do CA, but she is not clear in her thoughts due to her family constraints. I gave her all pros and cons in each course. I talked to her and to her mother and finally she is joining B.Com. Felt too well, when the kid came to meet me with full confused mind set and when she is leaving, she feels like jumping with happiness. And that's the satisfaction I had. Then I asked my Mom, why I didn't had any such Mentor when I wanted to choose my Career? Fate fate ;) Paravala.. Free ya vidu..

After joining in Accenture, I asked my Dad.. Can I quit, can I quit?? This question I asked him till last year. He bored of hearing it ;) And my Dad's reply too is always constant. But, I informed my Dad last year, I'm going to quit from IT seriously and this time my Dad replied, "Ok fine, if you feel it's a better decision to quit, do it". I surprised..!!!! May be, this is the reason, I'm continuing still in IT. This time no pressure to continue in IT. So, the journey continuing.. Thanks to my Family who always hardcore believe that my decisions will never go wrong and gave an independent life. Thanks to my friends and fellow colleagues who made and make my daily office life more smilingly and best place.

Though I have different Passion in life, I never regret for being in IT. It definitely giving enough space to pursue my dreams and lot of learning. The learning sure help me in future when I step on to Pursue my Dreams as my Career!! Thank You!!

I'm a quick learner, maybe that's my strength too. Luckily got chances to work in my favorite Data Warehousing all through my Career!! And the passion I have with Analytics, Teradata and in the Supply Chain & Warehouse Management drives me crazy and this is the main reason for not getting bored in my daily routine. I always keep say, "Company should depend on us, not we should depend on them" And this Mantra help me all the time. If I want to get move, I just move to whatever the company I want or whatever the project I want to work on. May be the rare skills I working on, helps me to get the things done whatever I need or whatever I demand. I'm a person who looks for Work Life Balance mainly and I would say, I never missed it all these years!! Never missed even a single Pongal or Diwali to be at home. If anyone say, that they don't have Work life balance, I would say, they are bad at Planning and they don't know what they exactly need in their life!!

Never complain about anything in your Career. If you don't like Company or whatever the reason for, just move on.. Never complain about it and waste your time. There are some tough times in my Career as well.. Lot of late night works, health went on toss and lot of work pressure. But I would say, I loved my work and that's the time I learnt!! Hard work definitely pay back you. I proudly say, I never prepare for any interviews. I just simply take it up and clear it. So that's the learning you get it during tough times at work and that learning help you all through your Career. Almost everyone knows why I keep rejecting my On-sites, ha ha... what should I say, may be I <think> for short trips. I see people, who wants everything at a same time and they mess up and screw their life themselves. They want Good Salary, Good Work Life Balance, Want On-Site also don't want to miss home, plenty of leaves, no work pressure at all, Etc… Ha ha, even just simply sitting at home won't give you Luxury of living the life. Everything demands something, so choose what you really need and never mess up.

Follow your dreams!! Follow your passion. There is nothing called, “No Time”. If you really want, you definitely find time for it.

Just concluding with a Note of my all-time favorite Quote, "Be Positive and Believe!!" Never ever lose your hope!! Be good at your heart!! The best things always takes good amount of time, but it's always a worth a wait... If you believe strongly in something, it will definitely happen for you for sure. Be Patient. You know what you want in life, what you want to be in life, you are matured enough to choose from, life is too short, never waste even a single second, fight for what you want!! Fight for what you become!! You definitely get it for sure!!

Ind vs Pak - "Clash of the Titans" - March 20, 2016

Match:

CONGRATz Team.. Yuvi & Virat partnership made a biggest turning point of the game.. As always Dhoni's straight drive 6 to finishing the game.. The crowd waves.. Eden Garden.. Lot of good memories as always everytime!!!! T20 itself I always feel a spoilsport of Cricket, in that too 2overs reduced.. Wats this.. Next time just keep 5over match and let's play in Street itself, why we need ground :(

Lesson Learnt:

India, you need to improve on the bowling front and on the opening batting.. When the pressure comes to 4th, 5th batsman, it's the huge tough and pressure for the batsman especially on T20s... Happy and proud to say, India is good at Fielding now which I missed those during my Childhood days cricket..

Pak, You sure need to improve on fielding.. Lot of short balls, have a look into it, it won't always work out and it's not a good strategy of bowling.. Don't worry and I'm thankful to see you guys whn you guys seen the sports as sports.. Didn't seen you guys frustrated and felt happy when you guys appreciated the Indian Team and told tat "we need to learn from these guys to play under pressure" Lovely.. You gave a tough fight.. We meet up soon again :)

Hybrid hybrid hybrid.. Disgusting Hybrids!! - March 13, 2016

Yesterday went to two Nursery's to get Flower saplings and Vegetable seeds.. Both the Nursery's are too big and they dealing in a larger way.. What ever the rare varieties I asked for, they had everything.. They have almost all varieties of Flowers and Vegetables, but the big shocking and the heart broken message waited for me, EVERYTHING WAS HYBRID :(

I told them, I'm looking for Natural varieties(நாட்டுக் காய் கனிகள்) of seeds. They just smiled and told me, "Sorry, we don't have Natural seeds" Again I asked them "Is there anyway you can arrange Natural varieties?" They again smiled and replied me "Not possible at all".. They gave me a big list of Hybrid seed companies name and they told who is using less chemicals to get Hybrid seeds.. They started convincing me saying "You take Hybrid varieties and do as Organic Farming".. I was heart broken and told them "I'm not a person who thinks Agriculture as business, it's my Passion and my dream.. I find the Natural varieties anyhow" and moved on..

HYBRID - Fast Growth - Fast Death

The incident was disgusting me from yesterday and thought where the world was going???? Why people are not thinking we need to be alive to enjoy the money what we had earned.. If the world goes this way, the life span of human beings will be max 40-45 :(
